Renata Jaworska

We offer traditional polish food from our organic farm on Barycz river valley in Lower Silesia. We produce the perfect to beer snacks - pork jerky, naturally baked breads on sourdough (fresh one week after baked) and traditional polish cheese Korycinski. We prepare slices of bread with cheese, lard and garlic butter with fresh pickle, tomatoes, onion and chives. We participate with our products in many festivals and ecological markets in Lower Silesia and whole Poland. Our farm are laureate of many prestigious culinary and “Slow Food Poland” organization awards.
